Scarlet Fever Hits Second Graders
Lila Lee Mohr
and Loa Barnes came down with the scarlet fever this week. They will not be
able to return to school before the close of the year. Five other children were
sent home with sore throats the latter part of the week. They will not return
to school until it is certain that they do not have a communicable disease.
Scarlet Fever Robs Kindergarten Roll
Our enrollment continues to decline. We lost three children this week by
some members of their families having scarlet fever so that these children are
in quarantine: Lloyd Barnes, Frank Kuchel and Lila Mohr.
