Likely that I'm related and can help. Was this the Laura Vinke born in 1905? If so, then that would be a younger sister of my grandmother Elfrieda Vinke born who was born in 1900.
My mother has some very old photos of my grandmother's parents/grandparents (John/Augusta Vinke, and Henry/Caroline Vinke, respectively) as well as other family members of that era that were stored in my grandmother's photo album.
I'm just starting some genealogy research myself.
