Kruse & Dreesen Geneology

Hi, I'm delighted to find this site. I've recently started doing geneology research on my father's side. Unfortunately I know very little about his side. I've been able to find a lot of information by looking at census reports and reading old online copies of the local newspapers. I'm the daughter of Wallace Kruse, granddaughter of Claus (Claude) Kruse, great granddaughter of Jacob and Wilhelmena (Dreesen) Kruse and great, great granddaughter of Claus & Nettie Kruse. I hope I may have some long lost relatives still in the Manning area. I have not seen any mentions of relatives of Wilhelmina (Dressen) Kruse. I would like to know how she came to settle in Manning. One of my grandfather's sisters is always listed as Amanda, but I did find a marriage lisc. for a Margaret Louise and wonder if she could have also gone by that name. I found reference to 2 different dates to my grandfather's sister Nettie marriage and wonder if Feb. 17, 1920 is correct. Another reference shows Frieda being married Feb. 18, 1920. If this is correct it would have been a very busy time for the family. I assume my great grandfather was probably born in Hutten Schleswig-Holstein because I found a reference that his uncle, John J Kruse was born there. Does anyone know if this is where the entire line came from? Thanks for any information.
